6. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and renewal fees are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Hostinger or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostinger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Service Level Agreement
We strive for 99.9% uptime. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold in any calendar month, you may be eligible for service credits as described in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control are excluded from uptime calculations.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
